Peter established Universal Consolidated Group in 1982. Now a large private property group his time is spent running the business, leading strategy and exploring new opportunities in the UK market. More recently he has become the Executive Chair of Planet Organic, an ethical food retail group with stores in London. Taking a keen interest in the Arts, the company supports The V&A, The Hampstead Theatre, The Donmar Warehouse theatre, The Mountview Academy and others. Peter is a Board Member and Trustee of New/Adventures, the dance theatre company headed by Sir Matthew Bourne.

Jonathan has worked in agency, banking, asset management and venture capital. He enjoys trading, developing and investing risky seed capital. Loves cycling and has been exploring the wine regions of Europe for the last 20 years. He is a Board Member and Trustee of the Donmar Warehouse Theatre and the Royal Shakespeare Company.

Mark joined UCG in 1992. As a chartered building surveyor, he knows how buildings are put together and how to look after them. Mark manages all the refurbishment and development projects and day to day management of all assets. He takes a pragmatic approach to construction and management, finding the right balance between cost, quality and the need to deliver within programme. Outside work Mark is a proud father of four and enjoys motorcycling, cycling and art in all its forms.

Bishu is a seasoned finance and business professional experienced in financial stewardship, strategic planning, execution, governance, and operations management. Previously he was the Managing Director & Group Chief Financial Officer of Andrew Lloyd Webbers Really Useful Investments Group. And before that, he held senior operational and finance roles across various industries, including retail, leisure, hospitality and real estate. He balances good humour with SME/large business management pedigree, alongside community and social value engagement through his work with charities. More recently he has become an Executive Director of Planet Organic, an ethical food retail group with stores in London.

Dominic is responsible for asset management and leasing across the portfolio. He also supports the directors with financial analysis and new acquisitions. He has a head for figures: in a previous life, he spent 7 years teaching GCSE and A-Level mathematics in South London after completing the Teach First/UCL post-graduate programme. He has also worked as a researcher at Chatham House in the International Economics Department and Brunswick Group. He studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics at university.
